Returns & Refunds

We accept returns in line with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if an item:

• is faulty or damaged
• is not as described
• is not fit for purpose

Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, at our discretion, we may offer store credit if:

• you contact us within 7 days of receiving the item
• the item is returned in original condition

Second-Hand Books
Many of our books are pre-owned. Minor wear is expected and will be described where relevant. These do not qualify as faults.

Return Shipping

• Faulty items: we cover return shipping
• Change of mind: customer covers return shipping

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
