Processing & Dispatch
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
We ship orders twice weekly, on Mondays and Thursdays.

Orders placed after a dispatch day will be shipped on the next scheduled shipping day.

Shipping Locations
We ship within Australia and internationally.

Shipping Costs
Calculated at checkout based on location and parcel size.

Delivery Times

• Australia: 2–10 business days (from dispatch)
• International: varies by destination

Please note delivery timeframes begin after dispatch, not from the order date.

Delays
Once dispatched, delivery is handled by the carrier. We are not responsible for shipping delays outside our control.

Lost or Damaged Parcels
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us within 7 days if:

• your item is damaged
• your order has not arrived

We will investigate and work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
